As an award-winning and experienced EFT training organisation, we are excited to share with you details of how our next-generation metaTappingTM training can help you become one of the most skilled and effective EFT practitioners in the world.

After teaching EFT since 2007, starting at the end of 2018 we have been offering a significantly upgraded multi-qualification EFT “Tapping” training which takes its application to a whole new level.

Effectively we offer two qualifications-in-one:

• The first - the metaTapping EFT certified practitioner qualification represents a higher standard than a regular EFT qualification, going deeper into the technique and bringing in more breadth as well as new and powerful concepts.
• The second - the “AAMET-accredited certified EFT Practitioner” qualification - which is a solid, industry recognised qualification. It is the AAMET who in 2018 has submitted EFT research on PTSD to NICE - who provides guidelines to the NHS for recommended modalities.  [Update 6 Dec 2018: NICE has confirmed EFT’s PTSD research is of sufficient quality to warrant government funding which is excellent news!].

The metaTapping course and qualification was created as a response to many updates and improvements to the method in the last decade and huge differences in the skill levels of EFT practitioners emerging from the many variants of EFT training.  We are committed to help create top-class, highly skilled practitioners and this next-generation metaTapping EFT certification is our response to that goal.

Between the training levels we ask you to complete some assignments. This means the understandings and protocols taught can be practiced and experienced before the course brings in into new material.  We provide feedback and support on submitted assignments.

The EFT Training Centre is an Award-Winning provider of EFT training, offering regular courses in Hertfordshire and London but also in Dubai, Singapore and on-demand to other locations worldwide.

What metaTapping Training Levels Should I Do?

To become a certified EFT practitioner you need to attend metaTapping levels 1 to 4 and then complete a set of certification requirements.

If you are already a certified EFT practitioner find out about upgrading to metaTapping.

You don’t need to commit to attending all levels right from the beginning - you can join metaTapping Level 1 and decide afterwards if you wish to continue on to certify as a practitioner.

After this, if you are fairly sure you wish to do this, then we advise making this decision immediately after attending metaTapping Level 1 as we can start you off with assignments that will count towards the final certification - therefore spreading the work load of certification requirements.

If you know right from the start you wish to become a practitioner we recommend purchasing a package with all the trainings included as you receive multi-booking discounts.

Our trainers are husband and wife team Peter and Tamara Donn - both EFT Master trainers with over 25 years experience in this technique between them.  They are spiritually-minded individuals (despite having degrees in Computer Science and maths!) who train with humour and warmth and their passion about this technique is obvious to see!

Tamara and Peter hold the space with deep respect for all participants.  At many a training (particularly the courses held over several days), people are often sitting there at the end not wanting to go home, having developed such a trust and love for and in the trainers and the other participants.  That is the environment Tamara and Peter love cultivating, where everyone feels special and taken care of.

Tapping Practice Days - Optional

We offer live and inexpensive “Tapping Days” which, although optional, we strongly recommend for all those wishing to become an EFT practitioner.   If you can join them, then please do!

There are two types:

1 - Tapping Days (or half days) for Anyone

These are full or half-day days where the trainers run mini-sessions in a group on attendees giving a chance both for newcomers to EFT to experience it, and for those who are in-training to witness EFT being applied by the trainers on a large number of different issues.  Much can be learned in this way.

In addition, those in training are usually able to practice their skills in full sessions on attendees. These sessions can be counted against the practice session requirement for certification.

2 - Tapping Practice Days for Trainees Only

These days  are usually held immediately after some trainings and are only for those who have attended training.  They are an effective way of solidifying the new skills learned in the previous training, with plenty of chances to ask questions and get advice.

Attendees get a chance to run full sessions on this day, in a supervised environment, and sessions count towards the practice session certification requirement.

What Are the EFT Practitioner Certification Requirements and Costs?

In addition to the cost of the live training itself, there are costs involved in becoming a certified practitioner to cover, for example, the costs of support and case study review.

However the only cost you need to commit to initially when embarking on the EFT practitioner certification route is the enrolment fee of £80 which covers the cost of admin, support and review of assignments.

Ways this Technique Could Help You and Your Future Clients

Learn powerful and effective ways to work with trauma:

• Gently resolve even intense trauma typically within 1-3 sessions
• Never fear abreactions again by learning a way to calm the sympathetic nervous system within minutes (although the intention is to work in a way to reduce the chances of abreactions ever happening!).
• Learn a way to let go over upset / trauma over shameful / embarrassing events without having to give any information about the story itself.
• Find how to work with a trauma that is “too big” to work with in a way that avoids overwhelm and unnecessary emotional pain!
• Learn to deeply access and process / release all the deep and subtle aspects of specific trauma experiences including (but not limited to) beliefs, vows and decisions created as well as the taking on of new behaviours and identities.

Learn effective ways of working with issues:

• Learn ways to work with problems, traumas and phobias that you fear even working with in the first place.
• Learn how to find and work with the core drivers of cravings and addictions – and therefore help not only with major addictions but with issues such as weight loss.
• Learn a method to find the deepest origin of presenting symptoms and discover core issues and beliefs.
• Learn how to work with the “inner child” directly and facilitate positive change for the client.

Learn ways to resource clients and leave them feeling good at the end of sessions:

• Learn how to release general stress and overwhelm in your client at the start of the session rapidly, thereby avoiding wasting the session time in “stress talk”.  This allows a much deeper focus right from the start.
• Learn a way to increase the sense of wellbeing in the here-and-now
• For client with major trauma history and anxiety learn ways to strengthen their foundations and sent positive resources into their past.
• Get a happy client at the end of sessions by helping them embody positive feelings such as hope, happiness or “magic and miracles”!

Learn ways to empower clients for the future:

• Release the fear over future anticipatory events
• Identify beliefs and other blocks preventing the creation of dreams and goals.
• Release negative drivers creating a false need to achieve certain goals – and therefore allow a chance to refine the goals organically and appropriately.

Find how to become a more effective and joyful practitioner / therapist / coach:

• Self-treat to create resilience in helping people.
• Have a powerful way to handle any transference (treating a client like someone else from the past) or projection (projecting a negative self-quality on to your client).
• Have an effective way to release inappropriate levels of empathy / sensitivity to clients and their issues, thereby enabling a more workable and sustainable career in this work!
• Know how to rapidly de-stress in a few minutes before seeing clients so you can be more present to them.
