What is Your Biggest Goal?
Later we explain which levels of the course will benefit you in this intended outcome.
But do you know the basics of what EFT “Tapping” is and how it came about?
If not, it may be best to first visit What is EFT? and return back here.
You may want to first find out about what EFT actually is, and about our next-evolution courses
Even EFT Level 1 will go well beyond any introductory training or simple video training (or viewing of YouTube videos!).
In addition on our metaTapping syllabus we are the only training organisation to integrate the use of an all-important Well-Being Scale which gives a powerful and practical model for personal empowerment which weaves through the whole training.

3 - Learn EFT “Tapping” as a tool in Your Existing Practice
Learning EFT to Add to Your Therapeutic Toolkit
If you are someone who works in the “people-helping” world and wants to pick and choose powerful tools to bring in when needed, you are in the right place.
We are excited to share with you details of our metaTappingTM training and how it can help you learn EFT to a sufficient level to use it in countless ways in your existing practice
EFT is, in our opinion, one of the most powerful and rapid techniques in the world for releasing stress and other negative emotions - often in minutes - and for elevating your mood.
If you a counsellor or therapist you may like to read →Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT): a Therapeutic Game Changer for Counsellors and Therapists.
Depending on the level of training you choose to do it can also help:
The training includes many different protocols and ideas that you may choose to bring into your coaching or healing / therapeutic work with your clients.
For example if someone comes to you who is all over the place with stress and confusion you could easily spend the whole session not really getting anywhere. Just 3 minutes of EFT will ground and calm them and they will be clear and ready to do some focused work.
Or you want to help someone do well at an interview but there is a key past upsetting event that has destroyed their confidence. Imagine if you can bring them a deep sense of peace about that event in a session? Working on the roots of a problem can do wonders!
EFT is perfect for those currently in all kinds of professional work to add immensely practical, rapid and gentle techniques to their practice:
Our Well-Being scale is a fantastic tool which can be used with your clients / patients in many ways. We have found they love looking at this scale as it shows what is possible for them and it acts as an objective “progress” guide as you work with them.
For example it will show you objectively in an instant how they are feeling mentally and emotionally and also how that changes as you work with them - in the session and across sessions. This scale can also be used interactively to ask such questions as:
“In order to be a little higher on that scale…”:
Across the metaTapping training levels you will understand how and where you will apply the techniques you learn within your existing practice. You can take it as far as you like.
Of course you can also use →EFT for your own Self-Care and it is an invaluable tool in that regard so you can be a happy, peaceful and resilient practitioner and human Being.

What metaTapping Training Levels Should I Do?
The answer to this question depends on how deep you want to go with EFT.
If you are a Life Coach, attending metaTapping Level 1 and 2 will be sufficient as you won’t be doing any deep therapeutic work (although level 3 may be useful as there some great ways to work with broad beliefs and level 4 contains ways to identify blocks to creating goals and dreams).
If you are a counsellor, psychotherapist or psychologist and don’t want to use the technique to help work with major trauma, or for core transformation work - then again metaTapping Level 1 and 2 would suffice - or perhaps adding Level 3 too.
If you want to use EFT at its deepest - or at least feel competent to do this if you need to, then you should attend all 4 metaTapping levels.
This is also mandatory if you want to become an official certified EFT practitioner, which may be needed if you feel you need your insurance company to officially cover you for use of EFT in your practice.
Regardless, although there are discounts for booking multiple training levels at the same time, perhaps in an instalment package, you have the option of taking things one training level at a time and deciding afterwards if you wish to take another level.
If you want to have the option of using EFT standalone with clients (or having that option), find out about →Becoming a Certified EFT Practitioner.
If you are fairly sure you wish to do this, then we advise making this decision after attending metaTapping Level 1 as we can start you off immediately with assignments that will count towards the final certification - therefore spreading the work load of certification requirements.
