Learning EFT “Tapping” for Self-Care
We are excited to share with you details of our EFT training and how it can help you learn EFT to a sufficient level to really take control of your life on a daily basis and start living in a state of peace and well-being.
This is about empowering you so you truly become in charge of your mental and emotional state each day of your life.
EFT is, in our opinion, one of the most powerful and rapid techniques in the world for releasing stress and other negative emotions - often in minutes - and for elevating your mood.
What is so important is that it releases these from deep in your body and doesn’t rely on you trying to convince yourself to feel better. It releases stress organically and naturally - you just acknowledge what is there and as you start the tapping process it is like these “layers of an onion” peel away one by one allowing peace to return.
This process is very different from cognitive approaches but what is interesting is that how we see ourselves or our situation changes as we use the tapping process (usually this happens with every single “round” of tapping - in minutes). Cognitive shifts therefore happen all the time but without having to work out a way to convince yourself to think differently!

What Training Levels Should I Do?
To learn EFT Tapping for Self-Care and to feel better on a daily basis we recommend you attend Level 1. This is a two-day training, although if you prefer you can join just the first day as a foundation to get you going quickly and then come to the second day at a future date.
If you then feel you want to go even further into this powerful technique and start working more directly to help resolve specific issues (and their roots) you can take Level 2. For more information about this see “EFT for or Rapid, Effective Personal Development”.
