What is Your Biggest Goal?
Later we explain which levels of the course will benefit you in this intended outcome.
But do you know the basics of what EFT “Tapping” is and how it came about?
If not, it may be best to first visit What is EFT? and return back here.
You may want to first find out about what EFT actually is, and about our next-evolution courses
Even EFT Level 1 will go well beyond any introductory training or simple video training (or viewing of YouTube videos!).
In addition on our metaTapping syllabus we are the only training organisation to integrate the use of an all-important Well-Being Scale which gives a powerful and practical model for personal empowerment which weaves through the whole training.

Learning EFT for Personal & Spiritual Development
We are excited to share with you details of our metaTappingTM training and how it can help you learn EFT deeply to not only release stress and feel good on a daily basis, but also to work with and transform the very roots of your negative thoughts and reactions including the limiting beliefs you created in the past. These beliefs are the filters through which you see your reality. This is powerful work and we look forward to showing you how EFT can help you!
EFT is, in our opinion, one of the most powerful and rapid techniques in the world for self-transformation. Whether we like it or not, we have been effectively programmed by our past and the effect of that is held in our bodies.
Each event we experience that does not go as expected results in a new interpretation about who we are, who others are (including those who are supposed to love us) and what the universe or life is.
This therefore becomes our subjective reality and we experience a world that matches that reality. We notice everything that matches it. Then our whole world and life becomes a stressful mirror that confirms our limiting beliefs and perceptions about it and ourselves.
This “reality” is reflected in every area of our lives - from our physical health to our self-belief to our relationships to our financial status.
For example we may experience an event where we are shouted at for getting something wrong. We create the belief that we are not good enough. From that moment on, if anyone says or implies we are not good enough we get triggered - either into a weak, defeated state or into an aggressive “I’ll show you” state (or both at the same time). At the extreme, this kind of belief can lead to murder or suicide.
The very deep transformation work that can be done with EFT is invaluable to help us get back to our Truth. In the above example, the truth before we had that experience would have been “I am enough” or “I am sufficient”. Imagine living a life where those are true instead of “I am not good enough”.
Often we don’t know what limiting beliefs we hold as we are so used to them and don’t even challenge them. Part of the aim of the metaTapping training is to help see and know ourselves - and our perceived limitations. Going beyond this we want to take down these illusional perceptions giving way to a peaceful, inspiring, joyful reality where life is about flow, ease - where life actually supports us and looks after us.
EFT helps release the emotional reactions that can take us to our knees. It can dissolve the trauma in our body that we have stored from the past - this is the very emotional charge that flushes to the surface unconsciously when something or someone in our environment reminds us of the original experience. Even minor trauma can result in massive shifts in our future.
Key protocols within metaTapping help us find these early experiences and discover the dis-empowering beliefs, vows, decisions and behaviours (even identity-related) we created in those moments.
As we release and transform these, our emotional reactions and needs drop away and we find ourselves being true to ourselves, choosing life-affirming and joyful experiences and people that reflect our new reality.
This healing process is very different from cognitive approaches but what is interesting is that how we see ourselves or our situation changes as we use the tapping process (usually this happens with every single “round” of tapping - in minutes). Cognitive shifts therefore happen all the time but without having to work out a way to convince yourself to think differently!
Lifting to Higher States of Consciousness Daily
metaTapping goes way further than classic EFT training in relationship to the idea of feeling good every day.
It is not only about having freedom from our past, but about living each day in a peaceful high-functioning joyful state.
The metaTapping Well-Being Scale is an invaluable model that runs from -10 (this being the worst you can imagine feeling such as clinically depressed, hopefully, completely numb) through 0 (feeling neutral / peaceful) to +10 (feeling unconditional love, oneness, gratitude). Read about the metaTapping Training and Structure to find out more about the Well-Being Scale.
This scale gives us an instant measure as to how we are feeling and metaTapping gives clear technique as to how we can lift ourselves up this scale, usually in minutes. It is like climbing a ladder - one rung at a time.
This scale takes the application of EFT to new levels. It gives a direct objective measure about how we feel either right now or when we tune into, for example, a specific person or area of our lives (such as our financial situation), or even a past event.
As we evolve that entity using metaTapping, we find ourselves lifting up that scale. We can use it to ask key question to help us lift even higher. For example: “What one thing would I have to let go of in order to find myself further up the scale”?
Being able to do this means we can keep our daily vibrational state high. Those into the Law of Attraction - based on the idea that you get more of what you consistently think about will absolutely love this aspect of metaTapping. Imagine at will being able to activate elevate specific feeling states when you wake up and before sleeping. The attracting force becomes potentially huge.
What metaTapping Training Levels Should I Do?
For those with a passion for living their Highest lives, all levels of the metaTapping training course are potentially beneficial.
The earlier levels (1 and 2) focus on releasing daily stress and elevating your emotional state as well making headway into the roots of specific issues.
metaTapping level 2 looks at attachments to issues and other elements of life and gives key questions to identify them so you can transform them. Those who are interested in spiritual growth and the concept from “A Course in Miracles” that says “Nothing has any meaning except we give it” would be fascinated by this.
The suggestion for you is to take at least these first two levels and this will get you going “big-time”. However those most passionate about this work may want to take things further.
As we move forwards into metaTapping level 3 we go much further into releasing broad beliefs. We also look at how to work gently and easily with very severe past trauma and situations that we can’t even look at. This can be very powerful as it is these situations that hide whole areas of our lives we deliberately and unconsciously avoid.
At that level we also make our first inroads into find core issues - as created by early events that we may have forgotten about.
In metaTapping Level 4 we take a deep dive into Core issues and this is where some of the deepest transformation can be found. We also looks at different varieties of problems and learn some good questions we can ask to help get to the roots.
Levels 3 and 4 have components that are related to becoming formally certified in EFT and so some parts may not be of direct relevance to you. However you will find most of the content is directly useful and will give you advanced practical skills which you can use both for self-tapping and also in doing sessions swaps with others trained to the same level.
It can be another level of efficiency when you work with another person, especially when what you are working with is more complex or subtle or there are parts of you resisting working with something. In these cases, someone else is better placed to hold the space for you.
