Our Upcoming EFT Workshops and Training Courses in Hertfordshire (near North London)
We are delighted to be offering EFT workshops in Hertfordshire. We are located in Kings Langley which is just 5 minutes from junction 20 of the M25 (North West section) and so it is conveniently located for access from all around London. There is plenty of free parking. Alternatively it is 27 minutes from London Euston station by train.
The EFT Training Centre runs EFT training for anyone wishing to learn EFT, regardless of your background or previous EFT experience.
EFT is a powerful self-empowerment tool that everyone should have in their repertoire to handle life’s challenges. 
It often works like magic for the greater majority of people, and for many issues and challenges. For more information about EFT see What is EFT?
The very basics of EFT can be learnt from a manual, however nothing compares with the experience and learning that comes from attending an EFT course in person. Again and again participants report the benefit that comes with learning experientially with real-life cases and lots of personal healing as being the most important aspect of the course.
Our training is run to ensure plenty of supervised practice, and also to make sure your questions are answered - both those about EFT in general, and also about the specific EFT processes within the practice sessions. Small groups ensure you are looked after and leave feeling inspired and confident to use EFT at home on yourself and with your family and friends after the course.
We run fully AAMET-accredited training (although our Metatapping training goes beyond the AAMET syllabus). The AAMET is the largest international EFT professional organisation in the world ensuring consistent standards and specifying a comprehensive curriculum at each level.

Join one of our Upcoming EFT Workshops and Training in Hertfordshire (near North London)!!
We are delighted to be offering EFT Tapping workshops in Hertfordshire. Most of our courses are in Kings Langley which is just 5 minutes from junction 20 of the M25 (North West section) and so it is conveniently located for access from all around London. There is plenty of free parking. Alternatively it is 27 minutes from London Euston station by train.
We offer two different training routes:
1) AAMET-Accredited Training; This is our classic training that has been offered historically by AAMET Master Trainers worldwide. It consists 2 levels (Level 1 and Level 2) which are taught over 4 days. You can optionally become an AAMET-accredited EFT practitioner after attending the training, subject to additional requirements.
2) MetaTapping; This is our new flagship EFT Tapping training. This is significantly broader and deeper than, but includes the above AAMET-accredited training (and its formal qualifications) within it. It consists four levels (1 to 4) which are taught over 8 days. You can optionally become a MetaTapping AND AAMET-accredited EFT practitioner after attending the live training subject to additional requirements.
We have created this new training for two main reasons:
- Over the past 10 years many updates and new understandings have been made to the EFT process technically. These are not part of the existing AAMET syllabus and we believe it is now important to include these within the core training in a structured way.
- The existing AAMET syllabus packs a lot of technical training and practice into a tiny period of time (4 days). There are two drawbacks with this: firstly it is often too much for attendees to take in and then apply later for self-care or for client work. Secondly this means it teaches a very generic approach to working with various different types of issues as there is not enough time to be more specific. We believe the training should be much more applied in that it shows how to work with common life problems. For example what specifically can you do if you feel bad but have no idea what to tap on - learn techniques to identify the best approach. Or how can you use EFT if you are having many negative thoughts throughout your day. Or what is a step-by-step way of finding and clearing blocks to your abundance- for many of us this area is a major one holding us back from personal freedom.
We are intending for MetaTapping to supercede the standard AAMET training in time, but include it fully within its structure. This means with MetaTapping we offer two qualifications in one - one being the standard AAMET one and the other being MetaTapping.
Either training route is suitable for those who know nothing about EFT Tapping - the first part of each training includes an introduction. Note that the upcoming training is only for those who are already working in a professional capacity with people (e.g. therapists, coaches, holistic practitioners, counsellors). Future MetaTapping trainings starting in 2019 will be open to all.

Which One Should I Do?
The standard AAMET training is 4 days combined for all training levels, and is the standard training offered by all AAMET EFT Master trainers, including us.
The new MetaTapping training is 8 days combined for all training levels. However the next training is only for those already working with people professionally.
If you can attend the MetaTapping training we would recommend you attend this for a much more comprehensive training in EFT Tapping.
If you are not a professional currently or wish to have the minimum training to become a certified EFT practitioner, then take the AAMET-only training.
