Learning Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

We all feel burdened by challenges we don’t think we can overcome. Whether it’s fear about the future, or anger about the past, it’s impossible to go through life without encountering traumatic experiences that limit us. These negative feelings can destroy our livelihood and make it impossible to enjoy even pleasant experiences. Despite our best attempts to free ourselves from their hold, each of us can be weighed down by stress, negative thinking and emotional burdens.

EFT has changed all that.

EFT is a simple but revolutionary process for literally “tapping” out your negative feelings and mental anxieties using acupuncture points (in a new way).  We have spent the last decade mastering this profound process, and we work now to teach people how to perform EFT on themselves and others to create amazing emotional relief.

Having helped millions of people so far, EFT is so easy to do that practically anyone can start incorporating it into their lives, regardless of the nature of their problems.

You will receive AAMET attendance certificates with each each level.  After attending a Level 2 workshop you can go on to become an EFT practitioner with additional requirements and assignments.
