International EFT Tapping workshops, courses & practitioner training

The EFT Training Centre runs EFT training for anyone wishing to learn EFT, regardless of your background or previous EFT experience.

EFT is  a powerful self-empowerment tool that everyone should have in their repertoire to handle life’s challenges. It often works like magic for the greater majority of people, and for many issues and challenges.  For more information about EFT see What is EFT?

EFT can be learnt from a manual, however nothing compares with the experience and learning that comes from attending an EFT course in person. Again and again participants report the benefit that comes with learning experientially with real-life cases and lots of personal healing as being the most important aspect of the course.

Our training is run to ensure plenty of supervised practice, and also to make sure your questions are answered - both those about EFT in general, and also about the specific EFT processes within the practice sessions.  Small groups ensure you are looked after and leave feeling inspired and confident to use EFT at home on yourself and with your family and friends after the course.

All EFT training is fully  AAMET-accredited.  The AAMET is the largest international EFT professional organisation in the world ensuring consistent standards and specifying a comprehensive curriculum at each of the level2.

You will receive AAMET-accredited attendance certificates with each each level (which represent pre-requisites for higher levels given by our trainer or other AAMET-accredited trainers).   After attending a Level 2 workshop you can go on to become an EFT practitioner. What workshop(s) should I do?

Level 1 and 2 are for self-help and also for those wishing to become an EFT practitioner.

If you are completely new to EFT, start from Level 1 Part A.  If you know the EFT points well and have used EFT for self-tapping on simple issues, you can jump straight to Level 1 part B.  However if there is any doubt, start from Part A as you want to be sure you are able to use EFT effectively when you leave.

You can immediately take Level 2 following on from Level 1 and this full immersion will help you really get EFT and leave with advanced skills, plus being immersed in the EFT training journey over several days can be a profound personal healing experience.

However if you are someone who likes to take things slowly, and not overwhelm yourself, it is recommended you first take Level 1 Parts A and B and get plenty of practice before returning to Level 2 at a later date.

Whatever training option you decide to do, you will leave the workshop being able to apply EFT immediately on any challenges that could arise and help you feel better quickly.

Regardless of what you do, come along to the Tapping Day for some powerful personal healing experiences and if you have done the training you get to practice your new skills.  Plus if you are taking the practitioner route, you can use any sessions you run against your certification requirements.

Our Upcoming EFT Workshops and Training in Hertfordshire (near North London)

We are delighted to be offering EFT workshops in Hertfordshire. We are located in Kings Langley which is just 5 minutes from junction 20 of the M25 (North West section) and so it is conveniently located for access from all around London. There is plenty of free parking. Alternatively it is 27 minutes from London Euston station by train.

We are offering an afternoon EFT Introductory course (Level 1 Part A) followed by a full AAMET-accredited EFT Level 1 training (Part B) (one day) and Level 2.  AAMET International (the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies) is one of the largest EFT organisations in the world.

If you already know the tapping points and have had some experience with tapping already, then the Introductory course can optionally be waived.  However it is strongly recommended you attend if at all possible as we will be learning skills which aren’t covered on most videos you may have tapped along to and you will be able to enter Level 1 feeling confident and ready to take on a whole new level of information.

EFT Level 1 is suitable for learning to use EFT for self-help and as the initial step for those wishing to become an EFT practitioner.

You can optionally continue straight on to Level 2 which takes things to a new  level of power and understanding.  You learn how to work with more complex issues - physical and emotional, how to find and work with core issues, how to tackle “can’t go there” issues and traumas, more understanding about what to do when it doesn’t seem to be working, how to find what is blocking your dreams and goals - and so much more.  It is also a particularly powerful healing experience.

If you would consider helping others with EFT in the future you can optionally continue to follow the practitioner route after taking Level 2 which involves taking an online test and doing case studies amongst other things.

Finally join the Tapping Day to have some powerful personal healing experiences using EFT.  We will work as a group with Peter working individually in a group setting with everyone benefiting.  This is suitable for any level of past EFT experience, although those who have trained get a chance to practice their new skills in a supervised environment.
