The EFT Training Centre runs EFT training courses for everyone - lay-people, beginners, professionals, carers, to those wishing to start a new career as an EFT practitioner.
Come along to a course and you can be sure you will receive the best possible accredited training, given by a highly experienced trainer who will make absolutely sure you leave with the skills to help EFT work for you.
We run courses in Central London however if you live in north or central London, you may be able to join our Hertfordshire courses (WD4 9HN) which are just 5 minutes from the M25 junction 20, and just 27 minutes by train from London Euston.

The EFT Training Centre runs EFT courses and EFT training for anyone wishing to learn EFT, regardless of your background or previous EFT experience.
2019 is particularly exciting for us. We have released the new evolution of our training - a complete re-imagining of EFT that brings in so many powerful updates, yet retains all the core training that was there before. We call the new course metaTappingTM and just as before, for those of you seeking formal EFT certification through the AAMET this is still the case in our new training.We do, however, still offer the classic EFT International-formal practitioner training. EFT is the most wonderful tool and technique that everyone, without exception, should have in their repertoire to handle life’s challenges. It often works like magic for the greater majority of people, and for many issues and problems. For more information about EFT see →What is EFT?
EFT can be learnt from a manual, however nothing compares with the experience and learning that comes from attending live EFT trainings and courses. Again and again participants report the benefit that comes with learning experientially with real-life cases and lots of personal healing as being the most important aspect of the course.
Our training seminars are run to ensure plenty of supervised practice, and also to make sure your questions are answered - both those about EFT in general, and also about the specific EFT processes within the practice sessions. Small groups ensure you are looked after and leave feeling inspired and confident to use EFT at home on yourself and with your family and friends after the workshop.
We run two core events:
- Formal live EFT training where you go deeply into this powerful technique and learn how to use it on yourself and others. → Find out here about the training.
- Tapping Experience Days. This is a chance to join a full day of healing where you watch this method being used in many mini-sessions on volunteers - and get to receive the benefits yourself. You may even get chance for a full session from trainee. We run a variety of EFT courses to suit your needs, from metaTapping Level 1 up to Level 4.
Our EFT training courses contains fully AAMET-accredited content. The AAMET is the largest international EFT professional organisation in the world ensuring consistent standards and specifying a comprehensive curriculum at each of the levels.
